April Randoms...

April's Random photos...

Cooper loves to drive!
Cooper loves water...just like Brooklyn and Easton did.  We had a really hot weekend and Cooper loved to play with the hose...especially getting daddy all wet.  Eric took them to our little beach and Cooper loved the sand and playing in the water. Brooklyn and Easton loved to swim to the dock.
Cooper's 1st haircut.  (4/22/12).  Daddy did a little trim to get rid of his cute little mullet. I was sad to see it go because I loved it when it would curl. He looked so cute. Eric did a great job and now his hair is all one length.  Cooper did really well sitting there too.  Big boy!
Brooklyn taught Cooper how to climb up the ladder on the back side of our playset. So now Cooper can climb up and go down the slide himself. He loves it.
He loves to help mommy garden.  By grabbing all the dirt and throwing it behind him. At least he isn't eating it.  I got all my flowers planted.  I wanted to make sure it was done before I couldn't do it anymore. It was hard enough being 35weeks pregnant.  Brooklyn and Easton helped me plants all the flowers.  If only I could stop the weeds...they drive me crazy.  I do love me some flowers in the front yard though...it makes me happy!
I wish I took a picture of this old chair before I redid it for Brooklyn.  It had an orange vinyl chair cover and was sooo old.  But it was free so who can complain.  I painted it and had Eric re-cut a new piece of wood and then I covered it. My first time...and I think it turned out cute!

 Happy Boy!

Spring Break in Monterey!

The Morgan's were very kind and brave to invite us down for Spring Break.  The kids were so excited to see their friends and of course, I was really excited to see mine too!

After the long drive in the car, we headed to Dennis the Menace Park. It is the coolest park I have ever seen. So much fun and so big. The weather was perfect!  Cooper loved the slides and playing in the sand.

Tuesday we headed to the Aquarium.  It was busy but the kids had a great time. My favorite part was watching them feed the fish.  The school of fishes were amazing.  And the big turtle!

Brooklyn and her little buddy, Liam.
Wednesday, Kara and I went to breakfast in Carmel to a little place called, Little Swiss Cafe. My cousin had posted that they had great eggs benedict and I wanted to try them.  So Dan was kind enough to watch the kids and take them to his school to play in the gym while Kara and I had sometime to just talk.  After Cooper's nap, we took the kids to "My Museum" A discovery Museum for kids. It was a lot of fun for the kids. Lots of make believe, golf, slides, and balls!

Thursday was Easton's 7th Birthday! He was excited to spend it with his friend Avery.  We went to the library in the morning for storytime, then after Cooper's nap we went to a bouncy place so the kids could go wild. They had a good time. Easton hurt his back a little bit but took some time playing arcade games.  After the bouncy fun we went to a frozen yogurt shop and had frozen yogurt..before dinner I might add.  The kids ended the day with watching a movie before bed.  It was a fun filled birthday day for Easton!

We had a great time in Monterey with our friends...a big Thank You to the Morgan's for being such great hosts and friends!

Happy 7th Birthday Easton!

Easton celebrated his 7th birthday twice!
We first celebrated with Dad since we were going to be gone in Monterey for his actual birthday.
Easton got baseball gloves and then money to save for something he really wants...a DS.  I sent him on a scavenger hunt to find all his bills. He loved it.

Grandma Jo sent him this lego game. He loves it! It's fun to put the game together and then to play.  Thanks Grandma!

Easter Time!

Easter Weekend Fun!

Cooper and I went to Easton's Egg Hunt at school.  It was a beautiful day for a Easter Egg Hunt!

Saturday we went to our communities Easter Egg Hunt. It is crazy, but the kids always love it!
Cooper wasn't sure about this Bunny character.

 Getting ready for the hunt...
 GOOOOOOO......
Cooper was able to grab a handful of eggs before the big kids made there way to our corner of the field.
I would say it was successful...lots of eggs.
 Easter Morning before church...The baskets.

Egg Hunt...Cooper had a few minutes to grab some before Brooklyn and Easton were off.  The eggs were full of quarters this year...less dental costs!  There was a few with candy as well.  The kids loved it!

Cooper was more interested in the fake grass!

Then it was off to church to celebrate and learn about the true meaning of Easter.

Happy Easter!
I am thankful for the sacrifice our Savior made for each one of us!
