My Coop!

Cooper is a funny 22 month old boy! He wants to do things just like his older brother and sister.  He wants to do homework at their desk, he wants to write like they do with pencils and markers, (Crayons, no way they are for babies he won't touch them), he loves to put his backpack on and head to the front door, he thinks he is going to school like they do.  He loves to watch his brother play his DS, or even better he loves to steal it and hide so he can play it himself.  Little sneaky boy! He loves to take all my pots and pans out and put them on the table.  I ask him if he is cooking and he says "yeah."  He is starting to finally say more words, Dadda, momma, yeah, ball, E for Easton, Broo for brooklyn, Ryder and Water sound about the same.  He is doing some sign language, he knows thank you, please, help, milk, I love you (in our own way though).  He still loves daddy's shop and anything he can turn on and play with down there. He loves tools!  Real ones...he doesn't like the fake ones very much. They aren't as much fun. Daddy probably lets him play with tools he shouldn't.  But Cooper loves them. He also loves driving the car. He loves keys and phones. If I set my iPhone down he will grab it. He knows how to turn it on and off and even knows how to slide his fingers across the screen.  Eric has given him sets of keys. I caught him one day taking the keys down to the garage and he was trying to open the van with them.  He is really smart..scary smart.  He likes to escape..he can open all the doors, so we have to keep the front door dead bolted.  So while I was changing Ryder's diaper, he disappeared, well he knew he could get outside by going through the office door. By the time I figured out how he escaped, I found him on the front porch trying to open the front door.  Scary moments for mommy for sure. He escaped twice through the office...until Eric installed a big-o lock on the door.  No more of that. Thank goodness.  He is a happy, crazy, loud, determined, strong willed little boy!  He keeps me busy all day long! I love him to pieces. I love his hugs and kisses!  Not so much his hitting and kicking. We are working on those bad habits.

Ryder @ 4 months old

He's a mover!  I know I am in trouble.  He can already scoot a good 3-4 feet from where I set him down.  He will be an early crawler for sure!

Still a happy and loving baby!

He loves his fingers.  Mommy use to suck her fingers just like that. Too cute!

13.5 pounds! Healthy and Strong little Boy!

August Random Shots

Cooper loved the park..I can't believe he hasn't been very much.  Brooklyn and Easton went to the park all the time when they were little because we lived next to it.  We will have to make an effort to go more often with Cooper!

Eric's mom made these cute tooth holders.  Easton was the first to use it! The tooth fairy even rolled his money and put it inside.
Easton's battle wound.  He fell down the last two stairs and came up with this.  We still don't know how or what he hit it on.  It was gross and boarderline stitches or not.  We opted out.  He will have a scar, oh well he is a boy, so they are considered cool, right?
We have a talented, smart boy!  He stacked and balanced all those cans.
LOOKS WHAT I FOUND IN EASTON'S UNDERWEAR DRAWER! YEP!!!! I am not joking. I was cleaning out his drawer and felt something damp.  And then I saw it and freaked out. I was hoping it was only a frog. I called the kids and they had fun catching it. They almost lost it and I was like, NO WAY..you  find that frog...I don't want a frog lost in the house. Lol  Easton's room is by the front porch and he must have come in from under the door.  (There is a little gap).  And it isn't unusual to see frogs in my plants on the porch.  But boy did this frog give me a fright.  Scared me to death.
See Smart little boy...putting the tv plugs in the tv...and he even matched the colors.
Trying to open the can...and we even have the weird can opener and he is actually doing it the right way.
Enjoying one of the last days at the pool!
Not sure if this dive ended too well...his form is a little off but he loves to dive and do crazy tricks off the diving board.
Not so happy face! He didn't get what he wanted, I am sure!
Just too big...I guess he isn't my baby anymore.

Ryder @ 3 months

Ryder at 3 months old!

He is a very happy baby!!!
He always would move to the side of the cosleeper and put his hands down the side. I am not sure why he would do it, but he definely did it on purpose and almost everytime.  Even if I moved him to the other side.  The only problem was he couldn't get it out..so then he was stuck.

He loves his toys and to look at bright colored things.
My blue eyed boy!
I couldn't ask for a better baby. He sleeps all night. He eats well. He still loves to be held and loves to fall asleep in your arms.  Not a very good nap taker though. He sleeps when he wants to.  He loves to watch his brothers and sister. And I would say he loves his mommy the most!!!!

Miranda Cosgrove...aka ICarly!

NOW this concert was worth it!!!

I took Brooklyn to the Miranda Cosgrove Concert at the fairgrounds.  She is the star of ICarly. It was a really fun concert and Brooklyn, Claire and her cousins loved it!  They danced, sang along and had a wonderful time.  We had dinner there before and Brooklyn got her favorite Cotton Candy!

The concert didn't last very long...which was disappointing...we could have used another hour. It was a lot of fun. I really enjoyed our little mother/daughter night!

Thirdeyeblind!

Date Night at the fairgrounds!

Third Eye Blind came and I thought it would be a fun and cheap concert that Eric would enjoy.  Well...it was a little disappointing.   We recognized three whole songs.  We enjoyed those songs. The band is from San Fran and you could totally tell...if you know what I mean.  It wasn't the best concert in the world, it was worth the $30 a ticket to spend time with my love.  Would I see them again..no way!  Jake, Kathy, Jimmy and Victoria also came with us.

Dinner at Grapevine was probably better than the concert. Hehe

We walked around the fairgrounds and found an alligator...I was a bit scared to even touch it. I asked the lady a couple of times if he will bite me. Lol

July Random Shots

This is what happens when you touch mommies flat iron...ouch!
First bath together...I'm sure more to come.
Handsome little boy!!!  Got this awesome vintage suit from a friend. Love it!
Feeding and chasing birds-4th of July!
 Easton loves the pool
Sick little boy...it takes a lot to slow this kid down...but teething (4 eye teeth) and a temp of 103 will do it.
Lindz our neighbor gave this to Coop.  Its his favorite right now!
"Bang Bang"

I took Cooper to the doctor on July 3rd. He weighed 25lbs 16oz.  32" Tall
Poor kid had shots and didn't like them very much.
He has had a bum rash for a month that is just sooo bad. So red!  Doctor said it was just a rash...well after eliminating foods that were newly introduced...we have narrowed it down to dino chicken nuggets or ranch dressing.  Which he had together.  We stopped giving those to him and it went away. Thank goodness!
