Cooper is a funny 22 month old boy! He wants to do things just like his older brother and sister. He wants to do homework at their desk, he wants to write like they do with pencils and markers, (Crayons, no way they are for babies he won't touch them), he loves to put his backpack on and head to the front door, he thinks he is going to school like they do. He loves to watch his brother play his DS, or even better he loves to steal it and hide so he can play it himself. Little sneaky boy! He loves to take all my pots and pans out and put them on the table. I ask him if he is cooking and he says "yeah." He is starting to finally say more words, Dadda, momma, yeah, ball, E for Easton, Broo for brooklyn, Ryder and Water sound about the same. He is doing some sign language, he knows thank you, please, help, milk, I love you (in our own way though). He still loves daddy's shop and anything he can turn on and play with down there. He loves tools! Real ones...he doesn't like the fake ones very much. They aren't as much fun. Daddy probably lets him play with tools he shouldn't. But Cooper loves them. He also loves driving the car. He loves keys and phones. If I set my iPhone down he will grab it. He knows how to turn it on and off and even knows how to slide his fingers across the screen. Eric has given him sets of keys. I caught him one day taking the keys down to the garage and he was trying to open the van with them. He is really smart..scary smart. He likes to escape..he can open all the doors, so we have to keep the front door dead bolted. So while I was changing Ryder's diaper, he disappeared, well he knew he could get outside by going through the office door. By the time I figured out how he escaped, I found him on the front porch trying to open the front door. Scary moments for mommy for sure. He escaped twice through the office...until Eric installed a big-o lock on the door. No more of that. Thank goodness. He is a happy, crazy, loud, determined, strong willed little boy! He keeps me busy all day long! I love him to pieces. I love his hugs and kisses! Not so much his hitting and kicking. We are working on those bad habits.
