A few moments in May I want to remember...

May went by too fast...a few photos I want to remember...most taken from my phone...hence the quality.

 Meet....Cadi!  My New Car!!!! I really like it. Eric couldn't handle the whole van thing...it's so not cool for a guy to drive a van...so we got an GMC Acadia. I really like it. It is a glorified van (but don't tell Eric)..except it doesn't have auto doors and a deep trunk. I miss those two things...but we really like it.

 Mother's Day 2013...breakfast in bed from Easton! Isn't he is sweet. He made me a flower at school. Nothing like a donut, cake and strawberries for breakfast...perfect!

 He is a great helper...he always want to help and do whatever we are doing. Getting the rental all cleaned for the new tenants.

 Britney my neighbor gives me great pedicures...Cooper insisted on helping. He did great too!

Eric made it to Utah..drove all night...poor guy! He brought Easton and Cooper. Who both did great in the car.

Bryce & Camie's Wedding

My brother Bryce got married. Now everyone is married! He married a very nice sweet girl. I really like Camie. There wedding was perfect.  I love weddings. I love seeing all the family and the seeing the kids play with their cousins. 

Thursday was the wedding dinner. It was at UVV and very nice. It was layed back. Everyone gave some advice and Bryce and Camie sang a really nice song together. They were so excited about there big day...

The reception was that night at Roth Concept Center. I loved visiting with cousins, aunts and uncles that I haven't seen in forever. Eric left early with the little boys, but I enjoyed the night and also was the photographer...

We had family pictures right before the wedding dinner. It was the craziest time to do it but the only time we could squeeze them in. At least we got them done and everyone is in them. That's what matters!

Round 2 for Cooper...another ER visit.

So this is EXACTLY what I was afraid of when they said they were only going to glue it in January.  Now it is May and he hit the door jam in nursery and bam it is open again.  Normally if he had just hit the door jam he wouldn't have opened his head. The glue didn't really heal it long term.  So off to the ER Eric went again...we got a ride home from church.  A few guys from the church went to the hospital and gave him a blessing which I was happy about with Eric.  This time the doctor Stitched it right up. Yeah!  Cooper did awesome.  I thought for sure they would have to put him out..nope he was a champ and didn't cry much at all.  He was a tough boy.  

 Poor Cooper...looks like a Halloween Costume. It was bleeding pretty good.

 Yeah it is healing!

And I am praying he never opens it ever again!!!!

I was wondering why in the world this stuff always happens on the weekends or after hours.  Drives me crazy...then I called a few doctors and done of them do stitches in the office anymore. They send you to the ER...they said it isn't worth the mess in the office.  Bummer...instacare next time for sure.

And we were were off to Utah that week for Family Pictures and Bryce's wedding...great timing to have stitches in your forehead.

*So remember back in January how I was so mad our bill was $2800 for GLUE. Well this time we went to St. Helena Clearlake, NOT St Helena in Napa Valley. They are sister hospitals.  So I got the bill for stitches and it was $1200 total.  WHAT? How can there by $1600 difference for a better service, longer service, sister hospitals. This is when I started my long fight to get my other bill reduced, which I later added to the January post. So like I said, I will never go back to any doctor in Napa County, I am sorry but they are not worth that much more to me! Clearlake's hospital isn't our first choice either, but they did a great job with Cooper. So I was happy.  And they were sooo much cheaper! 

Jo's Mothers Day Book...

For Mother's Day, Shawna made a really cute book for Jo. It turned out so cute.  I ordered a copy to keep. But I wanted to add the pages we were in for the blog.

Shawna had a great idea to give all the kids the same questions to answer about Grandma. It is so cute to see their answers.  Grandma Jo loved the book!

Ryder...Growing one month at a time

I love seeing the change in Ryder from month to month. They grow up so fast. Feels like yesterday I was in the hospital on Mother's Day.  

From infant to a one year old!

Ryder is ONE!

My baby is already ONE! I can't believe it.  Ryder is such a happy,outgoing, fun boy! We love him to pieces...he wasn't sure if he liked the cupcake or just playing with it. Happy Birthday Ryder! We love you! 

A few things Ryder is doing right now...he loves to throw a ball, claps, high five's, "Hmmm" foods he likes, throws food he doesn't, Walks 5 steps!, Loves light switches...on and off, on and off, Hates the baby gates in the house, he shut the gates after he goes in, loves the pantry, still loves to eat stuff he shouldn't (my vacuum cleaner he is), Loves toys, Loves Mommy and especially Daddy, babbles but isn't speaking yet...seems just perfect to us!
